Max Brünner is an independent architect based in Eindhoven, specialising in new builds and renovations of homes, villas and offices. Custom design is central to the practice, with a focus on contemporary architecture, sustainability and lifetime-proof construction. Active in the Eindhoven, Breda, Den Bosch and Utrecht region.
This project involves the renovation of the Stichting Pertoeti building in Eindhoven, a day care location for people with an intellectual disability. By adding a new floor on top of the existing building — a rooftop extension — the required additional spaces were realised without encroaching on the surrounding grounds. Design 2021, built 2025. Built by GeHaBro, structural engineering by JV2 Bouwadvies.
