Max Brünner is an independent architect based in Eindhoven, specialising in new builds and renovations of homes, villas and offices. Custom design is central to the practice, with a focus on contemporary architecture, sustainability and lifetime-proof construction. Active in the Eindhoven, Breda, Den Bosch and Utrecht region.
This project involves the transformation of a 1970s villa into a modern, comfortable and energy-efficient villa with wow factor. The layout was completely redesigned into a contemporary floor plan with more spacious, interconnected rooms. Built by Bouwbedrijf Verhoeven, structural engineering by De Waag Constructeurs.
